Refund policy
We pack orchids and products carefully, but we do not guarantee will not be damaged in shipment for reasons beyond our control. You are requested to check the products for defects or damaged as soon as it is delivered. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us in 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Email a photograph showing any damage in plants or products. Please keep the original box and packing material.
Our liability, in all instance, is limited to the purchase price of the product we sell. Shipping cost are not refundable.
